SHIPPING POLICY

At present we only deliver gift boxes to Ireland.

Gift Boxes are sent via a courier delivery service, please allow 3-5 working days for the Gift Boxes to be delivered.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, delivery of our gift boxes may take longer than normal to deliver, please allow for this when purchasing items for specific occasions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To start a return or if you have any questions about returns you can contact us at info@solacesistergifts.ie 

If you would like to cancel or amend an order, please contact us directly before postage.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

We work closely with all of the brands that we stock to ensure we are delivering the best quality products, however, if any of the products are defective or have been damaged in shipping, please let us know within 48hours of receiving by emailing info@solacesistergifts.ie.

Once you have contacted us to let us know that you wish to return the gift box or a specific item in the gift box and we have received the unused products in saleable condition, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 30 days of receipt of your returned gift box. We will arrange for a refund of the specific product or a replacement product to be sent (if available in stock). We replace items on a one for one basis.

 

 

We do not accept liability for returned gift boxes which get damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility adequately protect the gift box contents to prevent damage.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
